Over the coming days, you will create a blueprint for your own bespoke 5 foundation habits, and then you are going to put those habits into action.
This course introduces you to each habit, the “why” behind it, and guides you through tailoring each habit to who you are, right now, and what will support you to reconnect with yourself, strengthen your mindset, and create inner space for the things that matter.
This isn’t about rigid routine, perfection, or hustle. It’s about building a rhythm that you can rely on, that aligns your intentions with your actions, and starts your day knowing you are centred, calm, and BRAVE.
By the end of this course, you will:
— Have a personalised morning flow that feels normal and natural, rising more easily, feeling more energised, and knowing exactly what you want from each day
— Feel more grounded and present, and have a new set of practices that you can rely on any time you need them, to restore that peace
— Reconnect with your inner clarity, with deeper self-awareness of your values and priorities so you are less likely to be pulled in different directions throughout your day
