For Leaders
Support for the people who keep everyone else going.
What could your leaders do with a little more steadiness?
Your people already care and already work hard. Few have been given the time and support to build their inner capacity to stay steady under pressure, and stay curious when things are uncertain.
Develop that capacity and you’ll see the impact ripple. Steady leaders make clearer decisions, deal with tension early, and build teams people want to stay in. That’s what keeps the mission on track and the people you serve well cared for.
My work starts with the leader, and reaches everyone they lead.
Restorative Leadership programmesCo-designed with your organisation for managers, leaders, and emerging leaders.
Leaders learn to:
— Restore their energy
— Notice their own reactions
— Stay steady when tension rises
— Learn from mistakes, starting with their own
— Raise and repair issues early
— Rebuild trust across their teams
How it works:
A typical programme starts with a full-day kickoff, followed by a series of six weekly one-hour sessions. Every session begins with an experience of calming and steady, then focuses on specific habits and tools of restorative leadership. Each week, the leaders take a micro-practice into their work and reflect on it together.
What’s included:
— Six experiential learning sessions, built around your team priorities
— A practical workbook
— Ongoing support for graduates
— The option to train your own facilitators and license the curriculum
What leaders say:
More than 50 leaders in aged care and community services have completed the programme. Here’s what they’ve told me:
“We trust each other in a way we didn’t before.”
“We have a common language now.”
“I’m more likely to pause before I respond.”
“I’m more patient at work and at home.”
“I have words for how I’m actually feeling.”
“I am more curious, instead of jumping to a solution.”
“I now think about what might be going on for my team members, instead of just reacting.”
Leadership coachingConfidential support for leaders carrying a lot.
— New to the role and finding your feet
— Working through a hard stretch
— Growing into more senior responsibility
Each leader brings what matters most to them right now. I ask more than I tell, and we get curious together. When appropriate, we create personal wellness plans, and introduce self-reflection, self-compassion and mindfulness skills.
Leaders come away clearer, steadier, and more able to choose how they respond.

Coaching focuses on how you lead and how you handle pressure. It doesn’t diagnose or treat mental illness. I draw on evidence-backed strategies from applied psychology, mind-body science and compassionate leadership, always in service of your work, your values, and your leadership.
