At ThinkFRESH, we work with women who are giving to their families, communities, and organisations, and have hit the wall. Women who want to create transformative, meaningful change in their worlds but need to recharge their batteries first.
ThinkFRESH offers a series of six sessions of one-on-one coaching with Heather (usually weekly), which includes:
Individualised holistic behavioural and wellbeing assessment
Goal-setting — what’s your why? What are you dreaming of?
Action planning — What are you wanting to add in, or let go of, to reach your goals?
Customised resources and recommendations
Daily access to encouragement and accountability from Heather, to help you keep on track and learn as you go
Together we will explore what excites you, where your strengths are, where you are getting stuck, and what small changes you can make to generate results that matter.
Your personal coaching programme will be customised to your goals. Whether that is improving your physical and emotional wellbeing, creating a more flexible growth mindset, or developing solutions to reach your desired future.
Your coach is Heather Bailey, a trained nurse and midwife, a PREKURE health and metabolic coach, and practitioner of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Map of Meaning International. She is currently undertaking further training as an Advanced Mental Health Coach.
