Assessment
Our starting place is YOU. Where are you standing now, and where are you wanting to go? What are your values and strengths? What behaviours are you wanting to change? How is your physical and emotional wellbeing?
Heather brings her skills as a PREKURE Health Coach as well as her extensive health background as a nurse and a midwife, to gain an understanding of where you are now, the contributing factors, and where the greatest shifts can occur. She will also assess whether you are needing input from another professional, and will offer you a referral if appropriate.
“Courage is not the absence of fear, but acting despite it”
Coaching is:
— a partnership to accelerate your health and wellbeing at home and/or at work.
— a process of enquiry to create clarity, make choices, and take action toward your goals.
— a learning and growth mindset to support you with education and support to practice new skills.
— an accountability method to enable you to learn in real time.
Coaching is not diagnosis, prescription or medical advice. We are able to refer you to relevant medical professionals when needed.
